Basin Harbor Club’s Chef Kruse will share inspirations from his favorite restaurants from California to New York City for this six course wine dinner using produce from BHC’s own Fresh Food Farm and other local producers. Fall is the season for squash, pumpkins and other spiced flavors that compliments fresh local beef, rabbit and pork. Basin Harbor Club’s wine list boasts the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and The Chef and Wine Director will choose carefully the pairings to enhance your experience.
