The Ye Old Tavern located in Manchester, VT is a circa 1790 Colonial restaurant, featuring innovative New England & Continental Fare. They were kind enough to share their take on the traditional martini.
VERMONT MARTINI:
3.5 parts Vermont White Vodka
1/2 part Grade A Amber Vermont Maple Syrup
Shake over ice and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with dipping rim of FROZEN martini glass in maple syrup.
