FREEHEELERS INVITED TO ANNUAL FESTIVAL MARCH 10-11

The 37th annual North American Telemark Festival will be held at Mad River Glen March 10-11, 2012. It’s expected to draw more than 1,000 participants. There will be two-day, on snow skill clinics for all levels and demo gear from major companies, in addition to the competition. Wrap up Saturday’s events with the Tele-Dance Party and live music by the Guy Burlage Band from 4-6 p.m. The Berserkebeiner Championship Race is open to all festival participants beginning Saturday, 11 a.m. The Free Heel Free For All Bump Buffet Competition is Sunday at 1 p.m. There will also be a world record attempt of a Group Telemark Turn Sunday at 3 p.m.
