by Craig Altschul

Okemo will be offering an activity-laden Thanksgiving holiday weekend. There’s skiing and riding -dependent on the weather. The Adventure Zone will be open all weekend with 18 holes of miniature golf, the Timber Ripper Mountain Coaster, and the Stump Jumper Bungee Trampoline. Need a break? Enjoy Thanksgiving dinner at the Coleman Brook Tavern from 3-8 p.m. for $29.95 per person (reservations recommended at 802-228-1435). Still too many leftover Thanksgiving dinner calories? Participate in the Okemo Trot It Off 5k Sat., Nov. 26, 9:30 a.m. in the Jackson Gore base area. Registration is $25 per person with proceeds going to local community assistance programs.
