JAMES TAYLOR TO RING IN NEW YEAR AT STOWE

Five-time Grammy award winning singer/songwriter James Taylor will perform at the grand opening of the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center at Stowe New Year’s Eve. Proceeds from the 8 p.m. show will benefit the Spruce Peak Arts Center Foundation. Tickets are available online. www.sprucepeakarts.org. Taylor was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002. Among his greatest hits are “Fire and Rain,” and “You’ve Got A Friend.” The new performance center is designed to operate year-round, with music, theatre, dance, comedy, film and lecture presentations.
