NEW SNOWBOARDING TERRAIN PARK FOR LITTLE RIDERS COMING TO SMUGGS

by Craig Altschul

It’ll be a few weeks before Smugglers’ Notch turns on the snowmaking guns. They got a dusting out of the weekend’s Nor’Easter, but Smuggs’ Karen Boushie told Vermont Winter News, it got everyone’s pulse racing.  Opening day is set for Friday, Nov 25. “We’ve partnered with Burton for a new Riglet Terrain Park for little riders in our snowboarding camp for ages 3-5. It will have a bunch of features for them to play and learn on as well as a central tree house with balance features and a chair for practice getting on and off the lift. Check out the video Karen told us their lesson format has expanded to two hours and a learn to ski or ride deal kicks in Jan. 6-12 that starts at $79 per child and $109 for adults for lift tickets, lodging, group lessons, equipment, and more activities and amenities. Can’t you hear your toddler saying, “I’m a snowboarder now.”
