Top 10 things about Stoweflake in the winter.
There is something irresistible about Stowe in winter. Although Stowe is known as the ski capital of the east, there is so much more to do. Stoweflake’s 5km of cross country and nordic trails are connected to hundreds of trails in the area. Whether you choose a dog sledding tour or a horse drawn sleigh ride, fireside après-ski at Charlie B’s is the place to be. The Spa at Stoweflake features “warm-me-up” treatments such as the après-ski massage and maple sugar body polish. If that’s not for you, take a dip in our heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi or warm up and relax under the spa’s unique Bingham Falls hydrotherapy. In short, there is no place quite as magical as Stowe – and Stoweflake, in the winter.

Best part about living/working in VT?
Although the lack of traffic jams and gorgeous scenery in my daily commute is truly special, it is the people that make Vermont the ideal place to live and work, especially the women that are so caring and supportive of each other. Plus living in Vermont lends itself to a healthy lifestyle with endless activities to choose from.

It establishes an understanding of your individual body type, and its current imbalances, which can cause skin problems, weight gain, sleep issues, digestive complaints, joint pain and more.
