The revitalization of Sugarbush in Warren has taken a new step forward with the beginning of sales for new Rice Brook Residences at Lincoln Peak Village. The intent of the revitalization plan is to create an “authentic Vermont mountain village, update the base facilities, and to increase the amount of slopeside residences.” The homes in Rice Brook will be added in phases. The first phase includes six townhomes and nine condominiums in three buildings, all with underground parking.
