The Inn at Weston is pleased to announce the Grand Re-Opening of their restaurant on Friday, June 12th with their brand new summer menu. Executive Chef Craig R. Cornell, formerly of Epic at Okemo, has created a new menu of regional cuisine, using the finest and freshest ingredients. As member of the Vermont Food Network Chef Cornell utilizes the productions of local farms in his cuisine.
Chef Cornell has an extensive background as an executive chef, having studied in NYC and has received many accolades including a rave review from the Boston Globe.
