Napa Valley in California touts its wines. But Vermont has its own vino to tout and showcase. Wilmington will be the site for the Vermont Life Wine and Harvest Festival Sept. 26-28. The three-day event will focus on Vermont wines, specialty foods, crafts and entertainment, says The Deerfield Valley News. The event will spill over into other towns such as Dover and Whitingham. Vermont Life magazine will bring significant marketing attention to the event. Their readers “share one characteristic. They love Vermont.” Combine that love of place with food ‘n fun and you have a winning event.
