Smugglers’ Notch Resort is adding still another option to its menu of wintertime activities for guests beyond the main attractions of skiing and snowboarding: the ArborTrek Zip Line Canopy Tour. The zip line, located on a mountainside near the resort, offers a three-zip line tour with one rappel or a six-zip line tour with a suspension bridge and two rappels. The three-zip line tour (Arbor’s Express) is approximately 1-2 hours long and runs $65; the six-zip line tour (Arbor’s Wild Winter Ride) is 2-2.5 hours long and costs $87.50. Tree platforms provide panoramic views of the surrounding forest and mountains. Reservations are recommended.
